Return & Exchange Policy

At India Watch Buffs, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • You are required to provide a clear unboxing video that shows the package being opened for the first time, including the shipping label and the damaged or defective item.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive your request and validate the issue through the unboxing video, we will replace the product within 3 days of being notified.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item, along with a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

  • None of the products sold by India Watch Buffs are eligible for return.
  • All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are only accepted in the event that the item received is damaged or defective.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange consideration.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Important:
📹 An unboxing video is required. It must clearly show the package being opened, the shipping label, and the product’s condition.

Once your video is reviewed and the issue is verified, we will notify you of the approval and initiate the exchange.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your exchange was approved and you haven’t received an update, please contact us immediately.
